ABOUT US

Right Touch Mobile Massage & Spa LLC main objective is to tailor every massage session for each individual client. Therapists are dedicated to ensuring they meet every client’s relaxation and/or therapeutic goal. RTMMS offers both in spa and mobile massage sessions.

 PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ OVER ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES LISTED BELOW.

  • Mission Statement- Right Touch Mobile Massage & Spa LLC goal is to tailor each massage for the client’s specific relaxation and/or therapeutic needs.

 

  • Policy & Procedures- All clients must present ID for the first appointment. If you are unable to provide an ID, unfortunately you will not receive service. Arrive 5-10min before schedule appointment to fill out intake and consent form. These forms must be complete before clients receive massage. Please keep in mind all services include 10min (5min at the beginning and 5min at the end) for consultation and for clients to disrobe/redress.

  • Mobile Massage Policy-In order to receive at-home massage sessions, clients must come into spa for three sessions. Clients will be charged $15 in addition to base massage rate. Hot stone massage will NOT be offered during mobile massage sessions.

 

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations- All rescheduling/cancelling MUST be done 24hrs prior to appointment. Appointments rescheduled with the proper notice will NOT be charged. Cancelled appointments made within the 24hr time slot allowed WILL BE CHARGE a $1.50 processing fee which will be deducted from the $25 initial deposit. Failure to give a 6hr notice or no-call will result in a MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE ($25.00).

    • In the event you fail to call or show up for your schedule appointment you will be charge the FULL amount next session instead of the option to pay deposit. ​

  • 60min STANDARD GROUPON ONLY- 

    • All Groupon vouchers refunds are processed through GROUPON'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      • $15 DEPOSIT IS MANDATORY AND WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS GRATUITY (TIP) AT THE END OF THE SESSION.

      • A REFUND WILL ONLY APPLY IF THE CLIENT HAS CANCEL the appointment within the given timeframe (6 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULE TIME). If you RESCHEDULED AFTER THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY MANDATORY $15 DEPOSIT.

    • YOU MUST BOOK THE APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE. THERE WILL BE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION SENT ONCE THE BOOKING IS COMPLETE.

      • Failure to give a 6hr notice or no-call will result in a MISSED APPOINTMENT and client(s) will be charged the $15 initial deposit.​

        •  If you are wanting to reschedule you will be required to pay additional deposit.​

        • GROUPON VOUCHERS CAN ONLY BE USED ONE TIME BY A NEW CLIENT ONLY. IF YOU DECIDE TO DISREGARD PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL BE CHARGE THE $15.00 DEPOSIT TOWARDS PROCESSING FEES & THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

  • Minors- All minors MUST be 13yrs old and MUST HAVE AN IDENTIFICATION CARD which displays their date of birth. School ID cards will not be accepted. Parent/legal guardian MUST be present during massage session(s).​

  • Right to Refuse Service- Right Touch Mobile Massage & Spa LLC has the right to refuse service or terminate session for any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you. If a client appears ill and/ or show signs of possible contraindications Right Touch MMS has the right to refuse service. As a result, you will be responsible to pay 100% of the massage session.

  • Location: Right Touch MMS is located inside of DESTINED FOR CHANGED (2094 West Busch Blvd).

  • By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions regarding Right Touch Mobile Massage & Spa LLC rescheduling/cancellation policy.
