Service Description
Please be aware this is a 50min session. 10min goes towards intake and check out. AROMATHERAPY massage promotes healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation through the use of essential oils (concentrated plant oils) added to the massage lotion or oil. Aromatherapy provides the same long gliding strokes as a Swedish massage. HIMALAYAN SALT STONE massage uses heated stones to help with loosening deeper muscles, and promote relaxation through the use of hot therapy. • Eases muscle tension and detox skin • Increase circulation and blood flow • Reduces pain and aids in sleep • Enhances mental clarity REFLEXOLOGY massage applies pressure to reflex zones on your feet and hands to affect your entire body. Benefits • Relieves body pains • Improves blood circulation • Helps in relaxation Trigger point massage requires sustained pressure applied to a specific area on the muscle(s) to help relieve surrounding pain. The objective is to focus on: • Knotted area(s) • Increasing blood flow • Ease muscle tension at the source and surrounding areas *MAY CAUSE MUSCLE SORENESS*
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations- All rescheduling/cancelling MUST be done 6hrs prior to appointment. Appointments rescheduled with the proper notice will NOT be charged. Cancelled appointments made within the 6hr time slot allowed WILL BE CHARGE a $1.50 processing fee which will be deducted from the $25 initial deposit. Failure to give a 6hr notice or no-call will result in a MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE ($25.00). In the event you fail to call or show up for your schedule appointment you will be required to pay the FULL amount next session instead of the option to pay deposit.
